Reset Password

To reset the password of a user as an administrator, follow these steps:

      1. Go to Timus ManagerMenu > the Users & Teams page,
      2. Click on the name of the user whose password you want to reset from the list,
      3. From this popup, you can take actions for the user and click Reset Password.




  1. Click Reset Password,
  2. Click Confirm on the popup opens.

  • The Manager will notify the user by e-mail that the password has changed.
  • Users can update their password by visiting the Timus Connect application > the Account page.
