Reset Password
To reset the password of a user as an administrator, follow these steps:
- Go to Timus Manager > Menu > the Users & Teams page,
- Click on the name of the user whose password you want to reset from the list,
- From this popup, you can take actions for the user and click Reset Password.

- Click Reset Password,
- Click Confirm on the popup opens.
- The Manager will notify the user by e-mail that the password has changed.
- Users can update their password by visiting the Timus Connect application > the Account page.
