Forwarding Rules

To create a forwarding rule that manages traffic from devices, IP addresses, and networks for your organization's network.

Create a Forwarding rule by going to Timus Manager> Rules> Forwarding page.

follow these steps:

  1. Click the Create button on the top right of the page. Select either Device, IP, or Network as the Source. Then, click on the + Add New button on the right.

  2. Next, select TCP, UDP, or TCP/UDP as the Destination (protocol) - enter the port number on the right of the Destination (protocol), and click the + Add New button on the right.

  3. Select a Network for the Destination Interface and select Primary WAN on the right of the Destination Interface.

  4. Now, navigate to the Forward tab.

  5. Select the IP under the Forward section and enter an IP address to the right of the row.

  6. Specify the protocol as TCP, UDP, or TCP/UDP - enter the port number on the right of the Forward section and click the + Add New button on the right.

  7. Provide a Description.

  8. Finally, click Save.

You can enter a range of port numbers, such as 2000-2200, or enter a specific port number.
