Productivity Reports

This article explains how to view Productivity Reports on the Timus Manager.

Productivity Reports will be created as long as Productivity Trackeris enabled and the users are signed in the Timus Connect App.

To be able to see the reports, you can go to Insights -> Productivity Reports page as shown in the image below, and you will be able to see the Most Productive Users/Teams and Used Applications on this page.

To be able to see the reports for the users, you can go to the tab Users as shown in the image below, and you are able to see the Most Active Users, Productive Users and Unproductive Users here.

Once you click on the Details of the users as shown in the image above, you will be able to see the details of the user, which you have chosen, as shown in the image below.

If you click on the Details of the Application, you will be able to see the time spent on the application.

To be able to see the reports for the teams, you can go to the tab Teams as shown in the image below, and you are able to see the Most Active Teams, Productive Teams and Unproductive Teams here.

Once you click on the Details of the team, you will be able to see the Active Time, Productive, Unproductive and Productivity of the users including a dashboard as shown in the image below.

To be able to see the reports for the applications, you can go to the tab Applications as shown in the image below, and you are able to see the Most Productive Applications, Unproductive Applications, Neutral Applications here.

Once you click on the Details of the Application page, you will be able to see the Users' activitiies according to the Application as shown in the image below.
